Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your account and email address (removed from our sign-in system)
• Your rider profile: rider name, high score, career stats and referral code
• Every saved run and score, including leaderboard entries
• Your landed trick history and trick progress
• Your progression: XP, level, boosters, unlocked boards, venues and avatar
• Gameplay analytics events linked to your rider account

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Anonymous, non-identifying aggregate counts (for example total plays per day) may remain, as they can no longer be linked to you. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Can't sign in?

Email support@kohort.io from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
